Every batch moves through four stages, Harvest → Drying → Curing → Ready, so you always know exactly where it stands. Move a batch forward a stage at a time, and its whole timeline updates to match, giving you a clean history from the day you harvested.

Not every batch needs the full treatment, so you decide how closely to follow each one the moment you create it. Simple keeps every reading on the batch itself and stays out of your way. Detailed breaks the batch into separate jars or bins, each tracked on its own, for the runs you really care about. Either way you set your target ranges for water activity, moisture, humidity, and temperature up front, and the app quietly keeps score against them as you go.
Everything in one batch
Open any batch to see its targets, harvest weights, and drying loss, all calculated for you, alongside every container and reading in one running history. Put the wet weight in and the final weight out, and Cure works out exactly how much moisture you pulled, so you can tell at a glance where a batch stands and how it got there.
The readings that matter
Water activity, moisture content, container humidity and temperature, current weight, and ambient conditions, all logged over time instead of guessed at. Every entry is timestamped, so you can watch a batch dry down and catch a problem before it sets in.
Containers, jar by jar
In Detailed mode you can split a batch into individual jars or bins and log each one on its own. Every container keeps its own readings for water activity, moisture, weight, humidity, and temperature, so you can compare how two jars are drying side by side and catch the one that falls behind before it costs you.
A cure schedule you'll keep
Curing is mostly just showing up every day, and that is exactly the part that slips. Cure lays your whole burp schedule out as a plain checklist, one day at a time, and keeps a running count of the days you've done against the days you planned. Check a day off and it stays off, so your consistency is right there in front of you instead of living in your head.
Log a burp in seconds
Tap any day and jot down what actually happened. How long the jar stayed open, how it smelled, whether it felt a little damp, whatever you'll want to know next time. When a batch is done, one tap turns it into a polished PDF you would be happy to hand to anyone. It opens with the batch name and stage, then lays out your target ranges, harvest weights with drying loss worked out for you, the full day-by-day cure schedule, every container, and a complete readings table down to the last entry. Need the raw numbers instead? Export them as CSV and drop them straight into a spreadsheet. Send it by Messages or Mail, save it to Files, or print it for your records, and bundle several batches into a single report when you want the whole season in one place. Sharing reports is a Premium feature.
